Seamills is a substantial, and spacious detached property located above Mawgan Porth's golden sandy beach, its elevated position, affords the property magnificent coastal and countryside views. Surrounded by wildlife and situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, Seamills will undoubtably provide you with an idyllic setting for your stay.

When staying at Seamills, you have the whole property to yourselves, we have three ensuite bedrooms, the master bedroom being ideal to use as a family room. The property can sleep up to six adults and two children. There are fantastic outdoor spaces, that include lawned gardens, a private rear courtyard ideal for sun bathing and a large raised terrace, perfect for entertaining, offering yet more great views over Mawgan Porth, 

Its only a short walk from the property to get the beach, shops, pubs and restaurants, the property is also conveniently located for joining the coast path that goes South to Watergate Bay.

About the property

The property built mid last century has been tastefully updated and has a modern contemporary style, with good sized rooms throughout.

On the ground floor there is a large well-appointed kitchen that flows in to the first living room and dining area, there is also a second living room / TV area, ideal for use as a quieter space.

The two ground floor bedrooms have their own ensuite facilities both with walk in showers and king-sized beds.

The master bedroom on the first floor, spans the full length of the property and has panoramic views across Mawgan Porth, capturing the ocean, headland and countryside of St Mawgan. The master bedroom has a super-king-sized bed, the ensuite is appointed as a bathroom. A double sofa bed provides additional sleeping arrangements for children if required, a cot is also available. The master bedroom also has a small balcony to maximise the enjoyment of the scenery and views.

The amount of outside spaces at Seamills is unparallel, with numerous areas to enjoy throughout the day. The private rear courtyard provides a sheltered south-facing suntrap, until late in the evening perfect for barbeques.  The property has front and rear lawned areas, with our no pet’s policy is a safe and clean place for children to play. At the front of the property the decked terrace provides a large space for dining outside.
 

The property has ample private parking on the driveway areas and also has a double garage for storage of bikes surfboards and vehicles if required. You can also plug in your own electric vehicle charger if required.
