We endeavour to make your stay at Seamills as good as it possibly can be so we have tried to provide you with everything you would expect to practically need from you holiday accommodation and more.  We provide fresh linen and towels at the start of each stay, and provide complimentary drinks and snacks for your arrival. We will always meet you in person on the day you arrive.

  • Changeover day is normally a Saturday, however we are flexible to your requirements.
  • Arrival from 4.30PM, departure by 10.30AM.
  • Refundable deposit of £1000
  • We do not allow guests with pets and we request no other pets are brought on to or inside the property. 
  • We are a non smoking property - No smoking inside or at the property.
  • Seamills is located on a steep hillside, there are steps going up to the main house, terraces and top garden which might not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
  • The driveway may not be suitable for vehicles with exceptionally low ground clearance.
  • The walk to the beach, restaurants and shops is approx. 300m along a road, children would need to be escorted.
