Seamills is located on the South side of Mawgan Porth.

We are very close to Cornwall Newquay Airport, if travelling by car, exist the A30 at Highgate Hill, follow the signs to the airport, one you've passed the passenger terminal keep going on the B3276 towards Mawgan Porth.

After passing through Trevarrian, come over the brow of the hill, we are located on the the righthand side of the road, 200m after passing the welcome sign for Mawgan Porth. Our turning is a private lane sign posted for the Seavista B&B.
